Every member of our team brings a unique blend of training, lived experience, and soul-deep passion to support your wellness journey. Paige is a clinical counsellor with a background in psychiatric nursing and stand-up comedy. With nearly two decades of working in the mental health field, she helps folks embody their laughter and enhance their quality of life through joy!

This platform, alongside other passionate helpers, is meant to be a welcoming community space for learning and growing through humour, humanity & hope.

Joy is not a luxury—it’s part of the healing.
